For me meditation is an important part of my daily routine and it helps me to clear my mind of clutter and stress, enabling me to connect with my surroundings and tap into the subtle energies that flow through my home.


Meditation plays a vital role in Feng Shui because it fosters a harmonious balance between the mind, body, and environment which is essential for understanding and cultivating positive energy, or "qi," within a space.

From work demands to screen time to that helpful voice in my head that likes to kick in just as I'm about to fall asleep, and remind me of all the things I need to do tomorrow. Meditation can be key to achieving a more restful nights sleep by calming the mind and relaxing the body.
